Cody Rosier has extensive experience assessing, developing, and managing Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) programs, departments, compliance systems, managers, technicians, and corporate initiatives across the United States and internationally. He has served in executive, director, and management roles for global companies, with years of experience spanning multiple sectors of the oil and gas industry—including onshore and offshore exploration, drilling, refining, chemical plants, and manufacturing facilities.
In 2018, Cody founded ZALEMO Corp. Initially focused on the oil and gas sector, ZALEMO has since expanded into food and beverage, medical, maritime, and other industries. Cody established ZALEMO with two guiding purposes: to support the church and to transform the way business is done. He drives this mission through three core values: put God first, build trust, and always go the extra mile.
Cody also holds numerous HS&E certifications and frequently lectures at colleges and companies on cultivating an authentic safety culture and bridging the gap between safety and production.
